Pokémon Go: How to complete the TCG Crossover Advanced Collection Challenge

There are many Collection Challenges to fulfill for Pokémon Go's TCG Crossover event. Each task comes with its own set of rewards, but the Advanced Collection Challenge is the toughest. Many of the Pokémon featured in this challenge will be difficult to discover, and finding them all before the time limit expires may prove difficult. We'll go through how to complete the TCG Crossover: Advanced Collection Challenge in Pokémon Go in this article.

All TCG Crossover: Advanced Collection Challenge Pokémon

To complete the Advanced Collection Challenge, you must encounter, catch, and trade all of the Pokémon listed below before the end of the TCG Crossover event. You'll have until June 30 to complete it, and you'll be rewarded with a Meltan encounter, a fabled Pokémon that may be evolved into Melmetal.

• Trade a Venusaur
• Trade a Charizard
• Trade a Blastoise
• Catch a Snorlax
• Catch a Slaking
• Catch a Dragonite

Rewards: 10,000 XP and a Meltan encounter.

Pokémon to trade

Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise, the first three Pokémon in this challenge, must be sold to a different trainer. Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle, the beginning forms of these Pokémon, can be found in the wild in your area. Send them to a trainer once they've evolved into their final forms, and you'll have completed the first half of the challenge.

Pokémon to catch

Snorlax, Skaking, and Dragonite, the final three Pokémon, are extremely rare. These Pokémon will only be available in three-star raids, and you'll have to hunt them down at your local Gyms to get them. This challenge will not be completed if you evolve a Pokémon into them. Slaking and Dragonite are the toughest battles, thus we encourage cooperating with another trainer to find these three-star raids in the wild and defeat them.
