During Adventure Week 2022, Amaura will be available for a short period in Pokémon Go. Following this event, you'll be able to find this Pokémon in a variety of locales, including exclusive Field Research task encounters, egg hatching, and raid encounters. We can confirm that Amaura will not have a shiny edition available for this event because it is making its debut. At this moment, you will not be able to catch a shiny Amaura. When Niantic adds a new Pokémon to the lineup, they almost always do this. There have been instances where a shiny variant of a Pokémon has been introduced, albeit they are usually raid-exclusive. Don't expect to see a gleaming Amaura during Adventure Week 2022.

There are various ways to find Amaura if you want to catch it or earn a lot of candy for this Pokémon. You can find it when exploring the wild by hatching 7km eggs or completing Field Research missions. We propose burning incense on your character and wandering about your neighborhood if you're seeking this Pokémon in the wild. When you're walking around, your incense will work best, not when your character is sitting. You may also place a lure on a PokéStop to attract it to that spot.

During the launch event, you'll have the best opportunity of earning a lot of Amaura sweets. After it finishes, you'll have to search for it at random or wait for it to appear in another Pokémon Go event.
