Digimon Survive: How to defeat Fangmon
The second boss in Digimon Survive is Fangmon, who is unquestionably the hardest foe you'll have seen up to the conclusion of Part 2. From the moment you set foot in this weird realm, this monster has been frightening you, and it's time to get even. You won't be trapped by this boss for very long thanks to this guide, which describes how to fight Fangmon.
How do you defeat Fangmon?
You will start with at least one Digimon that can do great damage because the battle with Fangmon starts with Labramon developing into Dobermon. Agumon should evolve as soon as possible so that you can deploy two strong Digimon simultaneously. There are two options available to you because these Digimon can move more quickly than your other, less powerful companions. You have two options: either split up and send some Digimon down the steps to surprise Fangmon from behind, or carefully advance your entire group up the dam towards Fangmon while taking out adversaries along the way.
Our attempts to divide the party were unsuccessful. A powerful Digimon can be defeated by the foes on the steps if they have assistance. Send at least three Digimon that way and keep them all together while holding an evolved Digimon back with two teammates to ensure you always have healing and additional firepower. Moving your entire party down the dam toward Fangmon while taking out his allies is a more efficient strategy.
With the exception of Betamon, we ultimately lost every Digimon. This is so Fangmon won't kill off any evolved Digimon you have in your roster at this stage unless you've done some major training. Fangmon can hit for about 500 damage. Due to its ability to deal electrical harm, which Fangmon is vulnerable to, and its resistance to Fangmon's attacks, Betamon managed to win it for us by a hair's breadth. You should have little trouble winning if you pay attention to Fangmon's stats and make sure to shield the Digimon that will be most effective against it in combat.
What are Fangmon stats?
Fangmon is extremely vulnerable to electrical harm yet immune to psychic damage. At least one Digimon that causes electrical damage is present when the combat begins, but you can expand your party by gaining more Betamon on your side. If you ignore these statistics, you may find it difficult or impossible to defeat Fangmon.
