2022 Esports Events Schedule Complete List

The players and fans of eSports anticipate a number of events throughout the year. 2022 won't be an exception. Big events are planned for the year. Here is the schedule for 2022's upcoming major esports events:

Major Esports Tournaments in 2022

EVO 2022

This month, one of the most recognizable fighting game tournaments, the Evolution Championship Series, will make a comeback in Las Vegas, Nevada. Due to a number of factors, including the global pandemic, it didn't happen in the previous two years. This year's long-awaited occasion will take place from August 5 to 7.

League of Legends World Championship 2022

One of the most eagerly awaited competitions this year is the League of Legends World Championship, an online multiplayer match. It is run by Riot Games, the game's creator. The 12th round of the competition will take place in North America from September 29 until November 5. Stages of the competition will be held in Mexico City, New York City, and Toronto, while the finals will be held in San Francisco. For the competition, 24 teams from 11 regions have qualified.

The CS:GO Major #2

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is referred to as CS:GO. The prize pool for Valve's CS:GO Major Championships competition is at least $1,000,000. At DreamHack Winter in 2013, it was initially presented. Rio de Janeiro, Brazil will serve as the host city this year, and the ESL will organize it. The competition is set to take place from October 31 to November 13.

Valorant Champions 2022

The second iteration of the competition will be the Valorous Champions in 2022. The event is scheduled to take place in Istanbul, Turkey, between September 2–18, 2022. For the international championship, 16 teams will advance. The last six teams will qualify through the Last Chance Qualifiers, while the remaining ten teams will qualify based on points gained throughout the season.

PUBG Global Championship 2022

November of this year is set aside for the PUBG Global Championship eSports season's finale. Dates in writing have not yet been released. It is one of the most eagerly awaited events this year and is put on by the PUBG Corporation. The competition will feature the top teams throughout the whole year.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2022

The PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2022, organized by the game's developer Krafton, will be much more thrilling. The whole itinerary has not yet been released, but it is anticipated to take place in November. A $4,000,000 USD prize pool as a whole has been disclosed.

Call of Duty Mobile World Championship 2022

Even though Call of Duty is an old game, it is still widely played. Activision will run the Call of Duty Mobile World Championship in 2022. The event will include the top teams from the regional rounds. For the first time, it will reportedly be staged in a combined format with 16 teams from various nations. This year, the event is slated for December 9–11. There is $1,700,000 USD worth of prizes overall.

[CS:GO] BLAST Premier: World Final 2022

The Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi will host the Counter-Strike: Global Offensive BLAST Premier World Final 2022 from December 14–18. There will be an offline S-tier event with a $1,000,000 USD prize pool.

2022 Asian Games

Similar to four years ago, esports competitions for PUBG Mobile, Arena of Valor, Dota 2, League of Legends, Street Fighter V, and Hearthstone will be part of the Asian Games. China will host the tournament from September 10 to September 25.

Arena of Valor World Cup 2022

The World Championship in the genre will take place across the full month of October, with a prize pool of a record $10 million for mobile esports. The event's location has not yet been disclosed.

Halo World Championship 2022

The final competition in the storied HCS series will take place from October 20–23, 2022. The most prestigious Halo competition will have a $1 million prize pool.

November 2022

BLAST Premier 2022 Fall Finals

November 22–27 will see the BLAST Premier Fall Finals. The outcomes of the conventional Showdown tournament and the online group stage will decide who will participate in the event.

PUBG Global Championship 2022

The final PUBG Esports competition is planned for November, although no specific dates or other information has yet been released.

PUBG Mobile Global Championship 2022

Although no information has been released as of yet, we may anticipate the season's final competition for PUBG Mobile to take place around December.

M4 World Championship

The season's last event in the most popular mobile discipline of the previous year, ML:BB, will take place around the conclusion of the year.

Hearthstone World Championship 2022
