The region is known as IP Island, and it is purportedly where all the outside Killers from Dead By Daylight are located. Ghostface is visible briefly on the island, but you are unable to communicate with him at all. He appears briefly in the game as you use binoculars to observe the other region, but is immediately removed after the plot turns around.

Behaviour Interactive probably wouldn't want to spend a lot of money developing characters like Freddy Krueger, Michael Myers, The Nemesis, and other horror icons for the small and straightforward game Hooked On You. We are surprised that Ghostface even makes an appearance and has his name stated; it undoubtedly cost them enough money to include him. Again, this game is just a massive meme and is just a straightforward dating simulator. It's meant to make you giggle and occasionally nudge you in the direction of the standard Dead By Daylight game. The primary Killers on exhibit here are meant to be the stars of the show, but even if they are unable to explicitly show you the rest of the roster, the developers are aware that you are probably wondering where they are.
