For instance, the Island Pumpkin Seeds, the first seeds you get from the product producer, will take two days to fully develop. You have two options after the two days are up: either collect them and add them to your collection or cull them.
If you cull these seeds by removing them from the plot, you will have an empty space to sow seeds for whatever you intend to harvest. You must water any seed you plant in the crop, or you can wait till it has rained in your island sanctuary.
