The left arm of the Omnium Beast is arguably the simplest to get of all the parts. You only need to get to a specified location and get a code for this piece. However, you must first travel to the Banges region before you can do it. You will visit this place twice during the game.
When you get to the Banges region, turn south and go all the way down. The Banges Shelter Spacerift is atop a huge metal structure. Link it now so that you can come back later (trust us, you will need to). From the Spacerift, enter Banges Shelter by going north.
Look around for four scrapper robots that resemble the ones you can find atop Omnium Towers. You will receive a portion of the four-digit code needed to break the barrier obstructing the left arm of each of these robots. When you have all four numbers, go to the structure where a barrier is preventing you from entering.
Put the barrier's code into the keypad. There is a 1647 code. It applies to everyone equally. The barrier will be disabled by the code. To obtain the Omnium Beast Left Arm, open the Supply Pod there. You can't immediately open the supply pod inside because it is a timed one. Remember to return later to collect your reward.
