Xenoblade Chronicles 3: How to recruit Monica as a hero

As you progress through Xenoblade Chronicles 3, you'll encounter a lot of different characters. Your group may initially consist of six people, but as you acquire new characters, that number swiftly increases to seven. Any of the heroes you unlock can fill the position of the squad's seventh member. Monica can be found among the game's confusion. She adopts the Lost Vanguard persona. Unlocking her will unfortunately require some patience on your part.

Where to find Monica in Xenoblade Chronicles 3

You won't encounter Monica until Chapter 5, so if you haven't arrived yet, you might have to wait a while. Don't worry; Monica will appear in the narrative when you arrive at Swordmarch. Monica will follow you and assume the seventh spot in your squad when you enter the Great Sword. Before you continue and travel to the Cadensia Region, she will remain at your party for a little while. When you reach this stage, you can return to Swordmarch and pick up Monica's hero quest.

How to recruit Monica

You must go to Swordmarch and find the elevator leading to the War Room if you want to hire Monica. Earlier in the game, you will have taken this elevator. There are two NPCs with the info emblem over their heads right outside the elevator. To find out what the Guernica Vandham discussion topic is, listen to their talk. You can start the Vandham's Heir hero quest by having a conversation about the subject at a rest area. You will need to collect some of the town residents' possessions while completing this task in the Aetia region. The things are designated with symbols of a magnifying glass and are simple to grip.

Return to Swordmarch and visit the Remembrance Stones after gathering every item. A cutscene will start as a result. After the cutscene, Monica will become a hero for you.
