How to get gifts in Pokémon Go
In Pokémon Go, gifts are distinct items since you can only open them when you get them from a friend. The Gift system mainly relies on randomness, just like most other aspects of Pokémon Go. This begins with how you receive gifts. You may discover that you occasionally pick up gifts in addition to your standard supply of Poké Balls and Potions as you travel the world spinning PokéStops.
