BitLife: How to Complete the Generous Boss Challenge

The Generous Boss Challenge, the newest BitLife challenge, has begun! The Generous Bo$$ Challenge, as it is known in-game, tasks you with running a sizable business that pays its staff an extraordinarily high salary. You're pleased because your employees are happy! This tutorial will show you how to finish BitLife's Generous Boss Challenge.

How to Complete the BitLife Generous Boss Challenge

To finish the latest BitLife challenge, "Generous Boss," you have to do the following five things:

• Own a company with 20+ facilities.
• Own a company that sells 5+ products.
• Give employees bonuses of up to $250,000.
• Pay your staff well for a minimum of ten years.
• For at least ten years, you must have earned less than $100,000 per year.

To complete this challenge, you need the new Business Special Career Pack. You cannot complete the challenge without spending money because it must be purchased with real-world money. You can buy it separately or get Boss Mode for each pack that is offered. Create a character after purchasing the Business Job Bundle, and set their age to as long as they are under 18. You should have at least a few hundred thousand dollars saved up through your profession, an inheritance, or other methods. Go to the Business page under Special Careers and use this money to purchase the company of your choice. Choose a low-cost option, such as a food truck or gift shop, for the best wager.

Take the following steps after launching your first business to guarantee significant profits:

• Start selling your first item and look for a low-cost, high-quality provider. 
• As you get older, get your first fiscal year report as you get older.
• To keep your company solvent, adjust your production as needed! You'll have to start over if you declare bankruptcy. 
• As soon as you can, switch your employee payroll over to the Big Bucks. However, wait at least ten years before investing in new facilities, as the wage costs would have a major negative impact on your long-term profits. 
• When you've finished the fourth mission and have enough money to grow your company, choose Facilities and add some! 20 are required in total to finish the challenge. Just watch out that the rising costs don't push you into bankruptcy! 
• Change your income to something less than $100,000 if it isn't already there in order to finish the last job. If the amount is less than $100,000, you are free to set it at any value you choose.

Profiting enough to justify paying your employees the "Big Bucks" for 10 years is the most difficult aspect of this endeavor. Do this before investing in facilities to make it simpler. Since expanding facilities necessitates hiring more staff, fewer employees translate to fewer payees. The drawback is that you can only produce so much at once.

To make up for this, add more products to your company by clicking "Add New Product." Ideally, one with great demand and little competition. You'll need to accomplish both goals in order to complete the challenge. Give any employee a bonus, choose a bonus, and give them some cash to complete the employee bonus challenge! Once you've distributed at least $250,000 in bonuses, keep doing this. Make sure you have enough money to complete this, just like before.
