How to Pay Your Employees the Big Bucks in BitLife

Please make sure you have the Business Special Career Pack before starting this journey. Without it, you can't even begin to start a business, much less start paying your staff! You cannot complete the challenge without spending money because it must be purchased with real-world money. You can buy it separately or get Boss Mode for each pack that is offered. Create a character after purchasing the Business Job Bundle, and set their age to as long as they are under 18. Purchase the company of your choice by going to the Business tab under Special Careers. It's totally up to you what you design, but an inexpensive one like a food truck or gift shop is a lot safer option.

Make sure your initial business continues to make a lot of money once you launch it so you can afford the large wage increase. Try the advice listed below.

• Launch your first product and look for a low-cost, high-quality provider. 
• As you get older, get your first fiscal year report as you get older.
