In Splatoon 3, Salmon Run is a game mode that you can return to and play repeatedly. It's a lot of fun and very replayable to beat the advancing basic and boss salmonids in a wave-based manner. But one thing you might notice is that, after a while, your orange work suit starts to seem a little stale. Fortunately, you can substitute something else for it. Here is a guide on how to get more Salmon Run outfits in Splatoon 3.
How to get more work suits in Salmon Run in Splatoon 3
Salmon Run requires you to combat some King Salmonids before you can start changing your work suit. When you see the meter fill up before your match in the pre-game lobby, you will know you are due for a King Salmonid. The King Salmonid will attack you if you complete all three rounds of your salmon run with a full meter. Depending on how much damage you deal and how soon you defeat him, you will receive fish scales at the conclusion of the game (if you do so within the time limit). Whether or not you defeated him, the meter will reset at the end of the match.
When you acquire enough fish scales, head to the Rewards Board to find the new worksuits that may be purchased. Inside Grizzco, it may be found between the Mr. Grizz statue and the Employee Handbook. Decorations, stickers, and banners for your profile are additional goods that you can purchase using fish scales. There will initially be a lot of question marks in this rewards store, but more will eventually become available. Keep playing Salmon Run, and anytime the King Salmonid shows up, team up with your opponents to defeat it.
