The first seasonal event for Overwatch 2 has started, and with it, a ton of new content to play. There are challenges to complete that will reward you with a few cosmetics with a Halloween theme, in addition to new skins and the return of the PvE Junkenstein's Revenge mode. This guide will show you how to finish the Knock Knock Challenge and receive a new Kiriko voice line as compensation.
How to complete the Knock Knock challenge in Overwatch 2
If you know what you're looking for, the tasks for Halloween Terror 2022 are rather straightforward. Play the PvE horde mode Junkenstien's Revenge: Wrath of the Bride from Overwatch 2's Halloween event in order to finish the challenge. You load into a scary version of Eichenwalde when the mode first begins. You must then fight your way to the bar, which, for those who don't know, is where the attacking team would spawn in a typical match. Clear out all the bots once you arrive, then wait till the bar entrance opens.
As you enter the tavern, go upstairs to the next level. You can find two doors by moving around to the left from here. To knock on the door, approach the door on the right and engage with it. This must be done four times, with each knock becoming louder until the fourth knock, which will be extremely loud and cause the map to somewhat shake. The challenge is finished at that point, and you will receive your Kiriko voice line. It is also important to note that, as long as you have access to the tavern, you can finish this challenge at any time while playing in this mode.
Throughout this Halloween event, there are numerous additional tasks to perform and goodies to obtain, including a number of new sprays, voice lines, name cards, a weapon charm, and battle pass XP. Additional choices for the Junkenstein's Revenge mode includes many iterations, levels of difficulty, and challenge modes, which can randomly select heroes or limit your team size to three from four. There are also new skins available for purchase in the store, which has not been well received by players. These are really expensive, so we'd also advise against buying them.
