Oddly enough, Ominous Portent requires some cooperation from your colleagues, yet almost all of the other tasks in Wrath of the Bride may be finished alone. You'll leave the bar around the start of the mode and walk toward a barred gate. The next objective is for you to get a key.
When you do this normally, Banshee Moira will show up and give you a jumpscare before you engage in a boss battle with her. You want to wait before taking it. If the key is touched, it will already be too late, and you will have to take on the challenge again. Moira will appear and disappear at random while you explore the area before grabbing the key, but she won't harm you. Throughout this time, several sounds will be heard. If you don't grab the key, you will be given the Ominous Portent challenge in the end.
It goes without saying that it is ideal to accomplish this with a group of friends, as strangers might not be aware of the challenge and may simply grab the key right away because it is so easy to discover. You can give Kiriko a new "Tarot Reading" vocal line by simply moving about the area until you receive a notification that you have completed it.
