Rose has taken his position in the DLC called Shadows of Rose, 16 long years after the events of Resident Evil Village. In the Village DLC, go back to the beginning to find out what happened to Miranda. You will be given a task to find the cell key for whoever is locked behind the door as you advance through the DLC's opening chapters. Cell Key location in Shadows of Rose
You will travel through some dungeons filled with horrifying sights and strange gunk after waking up in Miranda's memories. You will eventually encounter a door and then hear a woman pleading for assistance. We have no idea who this anonymous woman is, but we do know that she requires assistance. Turn left as you approach the door and down the steps. Continue on the walkway and enter the next door. This will take you to a room containing a cell and several items.
Getting around the trash will cause a chandelier to topple. A cell door is open if you proceed through the arch to the right of where the chandelier hangs. The Cell Key can be found hanging on the wall next to some of the enigmatic goo if you enter through the open door. After obtaining the key, a cutscene illustrating the goo's coming to life will play.
Take the cell key, then turn around and go back the way you came. This time, as the goo begins to move and appear in more places, things will be a little odd. Use the Cell Key on the door where the woman's voice was coming from. Even though Miranda might not be there, the DLC will still be completed.
