Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks: Release date, Zhongli rerun, and more information

This post will cover the release date of Genshin Impact 2.4, the Zhongli repeat, and other leaks that have surfaced in the last week. Genshin Impact 2.4 is expected to be released on January 5, 2021. It's an update that'll bring players back to Liyue, which has sparked a lot of conjecture about rerun banners.

Three 5-star characters have been leaked to have a rerun in Genshin Impact 2.4, which is surprising. These are the characters:

• Ganyu
• Xiao
• Zhongli

It remains to be seen whether the material that was leaked will turn out to be correct in the long term. Genshin Impact leaks should always be taken with a grain of salt.

Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks: Release date, Zhongli rerun, and more information

In Genshin Impact, four 5-star character flags are unprecedented. Many fans were astonished by the new 2.3 updates, which included two replays running at the same time. Nonetheless, a well-known leaker learned from a reliable source that Zhongli would be rerun.

According to other rumors, Xiao and Ganyu will be the dual rerun banner. Not to mention, Shenhe is a brand new 5-star character set to debut in Genshin Impact 2.4's first half. Yun Jin will accompany her as a 4-star Geo Polearm user, according to recent Shenhe leaks.

Other Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks

There is a slew of other Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks worth mentioning. The map of Enkanomiya is shown above. Enkanomiya, for those unfamiliar, is a new Inazuma area set to debut in Genshin Impact 2.4.

It's an undersea place with its own lore that gamers can learn about. Naturally, this means there are new enemies to defeat, including the Rimebiter Bathysmal Vishap and the Bolteater Bathysmal Vishap, two new bosses. It's a boss that can do two things at once, and it'll drop Dragonheir's False Fin (a material Shenhe needs).

Some events, such as Lantern Rite and Windtrace, will have a rebroadcast in Genshin Impact 2.4. The fact that Ningguang and Keqing are getting new skins is much more intriguing. Only Barbara and Jean have skins in-game so far, so it's likely that they'll join her.

In commedia dell'arte, Arlecchino is known as Harlequin, which has a strong influence on the Fatui Harbingers. As a result, fans can assume that this character will be linked to the Fatui in some way.

Outside of what was already described, there are further Genshin Impact 2.4 leaks. Dendro, for example, will gain two new Elemental Reactions. Overgrow and Overdose is two terms for the same thing.

There isn't a lot of information on these new Dendro Elemental Reactions. Overdose is said to be based on Elemental Mastery, while Overgrow is about mushrooms.

Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks

Fans of Yae should be overjoyed that some information about her has leaked. It isn't for Genshin Impact 2.4, but it is for the 2.5 upgrades. Ayato, on the other hand, has some leaked information.

The preceding Tweet contains all of the original leaker's now-deleted Tweets, including information about their kit and how Ayato uses Hydro. It's an unusually detailed leak for something that's expected to happen in two patches.
