Final Fantasy XIV: How to beat Sanduruva in Tower of Zot

In Final Fantasy XIV's Endwalker expansion, Sanduruva is the second boss you'll face in the Tower of Zot dungeon. When you try to clear Prosperity's Promise, you'll be up against this monster. Sanduruva doesn't have the same spell-casting ability as Minduruvua, but they do have a few tricks under their sleeves. Here's everything you need to know about defeating Sanduruva in Final Fantasy XIV's Tower of Zot.

When this encounter begins, Sanduruva uses Isitva Siddhi, a single-target attack, against your target's tank. This is something you should expect to happen for the rest of the fight, usually during lulls between their other assaults.

Sanduruva will next perform a line AoE strike called Prapti Siddhi after this initial attack. It will be concentrated on a single member of the party, and they must avoid it. Sanduruva will conduct this on each of the engagement's four parties.

Sanduruva will utilize Manusya Berserk after Prapti Siddhi, generating multiple purple balls throughout the room. These balls are programmed to explode, unleashing a devastating AoE attack. However, there will be one missing ball that you and your party members can hurry to and stand at the perimeter of the room to escape being attacked. You will be attacked by Manusya Berserk if you do not dodge this strike, and you will run straight into Sanduruva. She then executes a tiny AoE attack around her, forcing anyone with Manusya Berserk to take the attack; however, if you don't have this effect, you can simply avoid it.

Sanduruva repeats Prapti Siddhi after completing this rotation. Any party member Sanduruva targets with it this time, and for the duration of the encounter, will be locked in place and forced to suffer the damage. Every other member of the party can easily avoid this attack, forcing healers to prepare a succession of healing spells to counteract the attacks.

Sanduruva's Manusya Berserk will then change into them, giving the impression that they are standing where the balls are. Each illusion will animate, but the real Sanduruva will remain motionless. You should go to the standing Sanduruva's location and prepare to avoid the room's AoE Manusya Berserk assault.
