Fortnite Chapter 3: How to get the Mythic Spider-Man Web-Shooters

With the inclusion of Spider-Man and his various skins, Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 now includes a mythological weapon inspired by the superhero. These are, of course, his formidable Web-Shooters, which let players traverse the map at a ridiculously fast rate – potentially for an infinite length of time. Although there are various videos of the Web-Shooters available online, there is one catch that will prevent most players from acquiring them for a brief time.

The Web-Shooters were released far sooner than anticipated due to a glitch at the debut of Chapter 3 and were eventually removed hours later. Fortunately, it has been confirmed that after December 11 at 10 a.m. ET (and 3 p.m. GMT), all players will be able to access this special Mythic. Here's where you can find the Web-Shooters after this date.

Location and cost of Web-Shooters

Players should start by going to Greasy Grove's enormous Mexican restaurant, which is located in the grove's top left corner (as shown below). After that, go behind the counter and chat with Gauco, the restaurant's mascot, who should offer you 400 gold for the Web-Shooters. If you're short on gold, completing challenges set by NPCs should suffice.

The shooters, like any other weapon, will take up space in your inventory and can be utilized by clicking the appropriate shooting button. To swing, aim your web at an object or building that isn't too far away in the distance. As long as you're in mid-air, you can swing whenever and anywhere you like. The Web-Shooters will need to cool down for 10 seconds after you land back on the ground before they can be utilized again.
