Here's the next challenge for Fortnite Chapter 3 Winterfest 2021. Santa Claus has placed a treasure chest among the festive trees that have been planted throughout the island. Your goal is to locate the treasure boxes and open — or should we say, "unwrap" — some tasty treats. Gold bars, weapons, medicine, fort-building supplies, gold bars, and even certain life-enhancing improvements are among the rewards available.

Here are 12 places to look for the holiday treasure under the tree. Make sure you don't miss any of the treasure chests that are hidden among the trees.

• Outside The Daily Bugle on a corner
• At Coney Crossroads, outside a diner
• Three treasure boxes are hidden between the log cabins and the lodge at Camp Cuddle.
• Outside the structure, there are two chests under a tree and one chest inside Logjam Lumberyard.
• In Shifty Shafts, near the reboot van parked by the shack

• There are two chests on the corner across the street from the Tacos restaurant in Greasy Grove.
• Rocky Reels has a taco shack and a waffle house.
• Chonker's Speedway is located near the racetrack.
• Three treasure boxes can be found outside the Noms convenience shop in Sleepy Sound.
• At Sanctuary, among the runes
• At The Joneses, there's a small hut and a massive stronghold.
• Outside the Condo Canyon condo across the street from Canyon Plaza and the pawn business
