Genshin Impact 2.5 leaks: Reveals New Enemies should arrive in the upcoming update

With a player base that continues to increase every day, Genshin Impact has become one of the most popular games in the business. Each update introduces a slew of new features, including new playable characters, opponents, and places. A new character's appearance is undoubtedly one of the most eagerly anticipated events for a casual Genshin Impact player, especially as the game progresses. Adding new foes, on the other hand, can be just as thrilling, and it appears that miHoYo will be doing so in the near future.

Each Genshin Impact update features a beta period that contains the majority of the planned content. The beta normally starts when a new update is released, so the Genshin Impact 2.5 beta was most likely released around the same time as Version 2.4 hit the live servers. Another sort of adversary will be introduced in the next update 2.5, according to a recent post on the Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit.

The new adversary will reportedly have its own category, similar to the Fatui or Treasure Hoarders, who typically come in groups of three or more. The three units will have weapons that use three separate elements - Pyro, Cryo, and Hydro - as normal. Players are enamored with the new look, which they say is reminiscent of the popular Dark Souls series. Many fans are perplexed as to why miHoYo hasn't decided to use a similar design approach for a playable character.

Although most of the community feels that the new Rifthound foes are arguably one of the worst improvements miHoYo has ever made to the game, adding new enemies is usually welcomed by the community. They're very difficult to defeat with melee characters, and it's worth noting that ranged characters are limited to bow and catalyst users. Players will find it nearly tough to land their damage burst due to their frequent leaping. They also have a large health pool and are difficult to group up, even with great support.

Another leaker shared the model for a new Boss domain in a post. According to reports, players will be able to confront Raiden Shogun, who has been one of the prominent protagonists during the Inazuma arc. MiHoYo slapped a hefty fine on the initial leaker since one of his disclosures included his UID, allowing his account to be tracked down.
