To upgrade your digital PS4 copy of Horizon Forbidden West to PS5:

• Horizon Forbidden West can be found on the PlayStation Store. If you already have your PS4 copy installed, go to the Game Hub's settings and select "see product page."
• The free PS5 upgrade will be announced on the store website. To "buy" the upgrade and begin the download for the PS5 version, click the download button.

To upgrade your physical PS4 copy of Horizon Forbidden West to PS5:

• Go to the Game Hub after inserting the Horizon Forbidden West PS4 CD into your PS5.
• The upgrade offer can be seen on the right side of the screen. To begin the download for the PS5 version, simply click on it, just as you would for the digital version.

Keep in mind that you'll need a PS5 with a disc drive to upgrade your physical copy. Even if you possess the game, you won't be able to acquire the free upgrade if you have a digital-only PS5. You'll have to buy it individually. To play the PS5 version, you must also keep the PS4 disc inserted.
