Lost Ark: How to heal

The tank, DPS, and healer roles have always been a mainstay in most massively online games. Smilegate's Lost Ark MMO defies convention by not assigning roles to each class. The bard and the paladin, on the other hand, are two classes that can be used as assistance. Players who want to heal the rest of the party should choose one of these classes.

The bard and paladin can each do a lot of damage, but their personal contributions are less important than offering great boosts and usefulness. The fundamental rotation of both classes is to buff or debuff foes to generate damage windows for party members. When you upgrade their combat skills with skill points, several of them will also shield allies from set amounts of harm. Using these fundamental talents to attack adversaries will eventually allow both classes to use their identity and awakening skills to heal their enemies.

Of the two support jobs, the bard has the higher healing abilities. With its Serenade of Salvation, it provides noticeable shielding and can occasionally send out a flat heal % dependent on max HP. In addition, players will be able to use engravings to improve some skills, which will let them add a bit extra heal to the serenade.

The paladin can also shield damage, but the engraving that adds healing over time to your Holy Aura identity talent is the main source of healing for the paladin. It also has the advantage of being the only class capable of removing debuffs. Both classes can also give the team damage reduction bonuses.

In Lost Ark, healing is a sought-after luxury. There will always be a high demand for these classes. To succeed, neither of the support roles can spam heal a party, thus everyone must use their recovery potions in combat and concentrate on avoiding mechanics and self-awareness.
