Final Fantasy XIV: How to start the Newfound Adventure

The Newfound Adventure update is the first significant update since the Endwalker expansion for Final Fantasy XIV was published in December 2021. You'll now have the opportunity to return as an explorer and seek out your life as a Warrior of Light seeking to explore a planet and reclaim their wanderlust. We'll go through how to get started with the Final Fantasy XIV Newfound Adventure 6.1 upgrade and where you should start in this guide.

The Newfound Adventure update introduces a series of Main Scenario Quests (MSQ) that start up right where Endwalker left off. You'll need to return to The Rising Stones in order to resume your adventures. You'll need to teleport to Mor Dhona's Revenants Toll. When you arrive, go to The Rising Stones and speak with Tataru to start the Newfound Adventure MSQ.

This is the greatest method to start the Newfound Adventure update because the MSQ usually hides a lot of information that you'll want to get to at the end. Only after you've finished all of the Endwalker campaign's MSQs will you be able to access this content. If you haven't already done so, you won't be able to take Tataru's task.
