V Rising: How to make Stone Bricks

In V Rising, how do you get Stone Bricks? It's a question that many newcomers to Stunlock Studios' superb vampiric survival crafting game have. The game does a good job of explaining some things, but it leaves you to figure out some key elements on your own, such as how to turn all that Stone in your inventory into more valuable Stone Bricks for construction. How to make Stone Bricks in V Rising

Raw Stone is helpful for many things, but you'll need to polish it into Stone Bricks before you can start building a complete stone fortress. You'll need to build a Grinder near your Castle Heart to manufacture Stone Bricks. The Grinder may be found in the construction menu under Production -> Refinement. It takes 8 planks, 4 copper ingots, and 4 whetstones to construct, making it one of the more costly starting structures. You can interact with your Grinder and place raw Stone in the Input part of the Grinder window once it has been placed and fueled by your Castle Heart. The Grinder will begin to grind the raw stone into Stone Bricks that are more usable. It will also produce Stone Dust, which can be utilized for a variety of purposes, including making Whetstones at the Furnace.

Because it takes 12 raw Stone to manufacture 1 Stone Brick (and 1 Stone Dust), you'll need to smash a lot of rocks to gather enough Stone Bricks to construct a fortress fit for a lordly vampire like yourself. To make the task easier, you should arm yourself with the most powerful mace you can locate.
