Star Citizen: How to fix the friends list being empty error

Go to the Star Citizen install folder and look for the 'USER' folder under '.../StarCitizen/LIVE/'. Delete this folder entirely, then restart RSI Launcher and enable it to redownload the necessary files. Players should notice that the friends' list is once again populating properly after reentering the game and selecting the Persistent Universe.
