In Pokémon Go, incense is an extremely expensive commodity, particularly for players who live in locations where few Pokémon emerge. A Pokémon will spawn from the Incense once every five minutes if you are standing still. However, if you are moving, one will be produced every 30 seconds. This is a huge nerf that will have a big effect if you play at home or if your mobility is compromised. Check your time settings.
Your device's time may be a factor if you are certain that your Incense issues are caused by a bug rather than game upgrades. Open Settings on Android and look for Date and Time, or navigate to General Management and look for the area. To ensure that your network keeps you in the proper location, make sure that Automatic Date and Time are set on. On iOS, do the same by opening Settings and selecting General. Make sure Set Automatically is turned on when Date & Time is opened.
Use of it while burning Daily Adventure Incense is not advised.
Your ordinary incense won't burn for the 15 minutes that your daily adventure incense is active when you add it, and the opposite is true. They supply distinct Pokémon that you can find but are mutually exclusive.
